You can run the Network adaptertroubleshooter on Windows 10. Follow the below steps to perform Network adaptertroubleshooter.
- Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel
- Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
- Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
- Click on Network adapter.
- Click on Advanced on the Network adapter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
- Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network adapter troubleshooter.
I would suggest you to check the troubleshooting report and let’s know the complete details. If the troubleshooter provides you any suggestions, then you may try that and check if that helps.
